![]() I keep holding on the grey area for about 5 seconds and then let go. This stops the splash screen from appearing. From here I tap 'Navigation' and then tap and hold the grey area of the background above 'Menu' in quick succesion before the splaash screen appears. To get TomTom to load I power on the machine like normal and get to the main screen. Upon power up I tap 'Navigation' on the main screen and like many others have reported the TomTom splash screen shows then disappears, going back to the Binatone screen at which point tapping it again will do nothing. I copied the files to the 'MobileNavigator' folder instead and it seems to work but there is still the possibility that it doesn't use the files at all, I haven't checked. It would seem that this area of the device is RAM and thus volatile. I tried adding the extracted files from the cab that belong in the 'Windows' directory to the Windows directory on the device but after powering down the machine, they are removed. I followed XTC2's instructions and got it working, but there are some irregularities, so I thought I'd add my findings for you all.
